It is actually two cats. One is inside the box, peeking its head out, and the other has its head tilted away from the camera making it look headless. However, yes, that cat is grabbing the cat in the box with its front paws.

If you’re stumped, the white paneling the cat has its paws on is a wall, not the ground. The cat is lying on its side on top of a TV stand, in between the wall and the back of the TV.

The person is in flat, black boots but they are pushing their heel off the ground so what looks like a heel is the chair’s leg in the back.
