Jill Biden slipped into a lingerie boutique in Nantucket on Black Friday, perhaps looking to score some deals or something to get Joe’s attention.
The former first lady, wearing shades and a purple coat and scarf, was spotted walking out of Ladybird Lingerie in Nantucket’s historic district during the Biden clan’s annual Thanksgiving pilgrimage to the Massachusetts island.
Her husband, former President Joe Biden, was not around for Jill’s morning visit to Ladybird Lingerie, which specializes in garments “both pleasing to the eyes as well as the body wearing them.”
Jill stopped at the shop before the Biden family, including Joe and former first son Hunter, met up for lunch at the Brotherhood of Thieves restaurant.
After lunch, the former first lady headed back to billionaire David Rubenstein’s sprawling $34 million Nantucket compound, where the Bidens have spent the last four Thanksgivings, whilst Joe and Hunter carried on browsing the downtown stores and went out for milkshakes.
The family all met up again in the evening for the switching on of Nantucket’s Christmas lights.
Natalie Biden, the eldest child of Joe’s late son, Beau, was seen clutching her grandfather’s arm during the event.
Joe, who completed radiation treatment for his aggressive prostate cancer last month, braved the chilly Nantucket night bundled up in a bomber jacket and gloves.
The outing came on the same day President Trump claimed he was repealing all documents signed by the 83-year-old former president using an autopen.
Trump also threatened to have Biden “brought up on charges of perjury” if he asserts that staffers were acting on his orders when using the mechanical pen.
