Police are responding to an active shooter situation on the campus of Brown University, according to a report.
The Rhode Island Ivy League school sent out an alert to students on campus shortly after 4:20 p.m. of an active shooter near the Barus & Holley Engineering school building, according to local WLNE.
It is unclear if anyone has been shot on the campus.
