The NFL offseason is always well worth monitoring, with teams moving players around all over the place.

The rampant personnel changes in the league represent the reason we see teams that missed the playoffs in the year prior go on a run the following year. It happens almost like clockwork, creating great parity throughout the seasons. While most of the big offseason moves have already taken place, there are still transactions happening. Sometimes the smallest moves during the offseason can turn out to be the most impactful during the regular season.

Here are all the latest signings and extensions from a very busy week around the NFL.

The Buffalo Bills signed defensive tackle Gable Steveson to a deal. He is an Olympic gold medalist and one of the more dominant college wrestlers in NCAA history. Buffalo is taking a chance on him with this signing and the team is clearly hopeful that it will pay off big time.

The Los Angeles Chargers signed former Las Vegas Raiders offensive tackle Alex Leatherwood. He will further help the Bolts protect star quarterback Justin Herbert as they remake their offensive line under new head coach Jim Harbaugh.

The New York Jets signed running back Tarik Cohen to a deal. They believe that he can help with the new NFL kickoff rule that has been put into place.

The Minnesota Vikings re-signed offensive guard Dalton Risner. He should play a vital role in helping to protect quarterback Sam Darnold or rookie quarterback J.J. McCarthy.

In other NFL news, we had a few extensions take place around the league. Teams have been trying to land new contracts with these players and they finally get it done.

The Miami Dolphins extended wide receiver Jaylen Waddle on a massive deal. They believe Waddle is a crucial part of their offensive plan going forward and they lock him up with a new deal.

The San Francisco 49ers extended wide receiver Jauan Jennings. Jennings caught a touchdown in the Super Bowl this past season against the Kansas City Chiefs.

The Houston Texans, meanwhile, extended wide receiver Nico Collins to a new deal. He made a big leap in terms of his production last season, helping Houston win the AFC South division.

“Your dream is to make it in the league and get that second contract and God blessed me with the opportunity and I got it,” Collins reflected, per Shaun Bijani of Sports Radio 610 Houston.
