“The most important perception of a candidate running for president is the perception of strength or the biggest problem is the perception of weakness. That’s Biden’s biggest problem right now. A lot of that of course, is age-related, but the way that you fix it… get on stage with Trump and show that you’ve got the stamina and the mental acuity to stand up to him on stage,” says Mark McKinnon, co-host of “The Circus” to CNN’s Michael Smerconish.
