EIR Cosmetic signed an MOU of a scale of $1 Million to form a strategic partnership with GOLDSPOON MS LLC at the 2024 Business Expo Vienna, which was held on 2024, October 30th.
The agreement aims to introduce EIR Cosmetic to the U.S. market along with leveraging 7000 distribution channels under the NBSA (National Beauty Supply Association) across the U.S. to expand sales.
Goldspoon MS LLC, headquartered in Mississippi, is a beauty product distribution company led by CEO Wonhyung Cho, who has served as the chairman of the NBSA,, vice chairman of the U.S. Beauty Trade Show, and deputy organizing committee chair of the 21st World Korean Business Convention.
EIR Cosmetic, a functional skincare brand led by CEO Taeyoon Cho, signed a separate $10 million MOU with Beauty Master, a major U.S. beauty distributor.
Through this partnership, EIR Cosmetic will supply 52 functional skincare products to the U.S. market, with Beauty Master taking charge of local sales and marketing efforts to strengthen the brand’s presence in the K-beauty sector.
Established 22 years ago, Beauty Master is a beauty supply chain with nine stores in Georgia and Florida and employs over 400 staff members. It has also built a global shipping network through a partnership with Style Korean.
With this agreement, EIR Cosmetic plans to utilize Style Korean’s global distribution network to expand its reach, increase sales through marketing initiatives, and enhance brand recognition by leveraging the NBSA’s U.S. distribution network and expertise. Furthermore, EIR Cosmetic will participate in the coming 2025 Beauty Trade Show hosted by the NBSA to showcase its 52 product lines directly to the U.S. market.
EIR Cosmetic Signs MOU with China’s Wenwu at Ewha Womans University
On November 29, EIR Cosmetic signed a contract with Wenwu (Hainan) Science and Technology Co., Ltd. at the main building conference room of Ewha Womans University. The signing ceremony was attended by Chairman Hai Shang of TZ·MEDIA Co., Ltd., along with two executives, Chairman Changyong Park of Wenwu (Hainan) Science and Technology Co., Ltd., and three other executives.
Through this agreement, Wenwu (Hainan) Science and Technology Co., Ltd. will utilize the resources of “China Net” and “TZ·MEDIA” to promote product distribution, entry into Hainan duty-free stores, and marketing activities. Additionally, they will leverage the resources of Shenyang Jinhang Business Co., Ltd. to launch the Spa EIR franchise business in China.
Wenwu (Hainan) Science and Technology Co., Ltd. is a newly established corporation by Chairman Changyong Park to facilitate business with Korea. Its main entity, Shenyang Jinhang Business Co., Ltd., was established in September 2012 with a capital of approximately KRW 19.2 billion.
Meanwhile, EIR Cosmetic holds patent technology for functional cosmetics, including the whitening agent Acremonidine E and six other patented substances. Based on its technological expertise, the company has launched four new products this year, including the EIR Expert’s Choice Hyalubio Ampoule, accelerating its efforts to penetrate the market.
