An 11-year-old boy has died after being hit while riding his scooter on Mandurah Terrace on Monday.
Emergency services received reports of a scooter colliding with a blue Mazda station wagon on Mandurah Terrace near Stewart Street at about 5.10pm.
The 11-year-old rider of the scooter sustained critical injuries and was taken to Peel Health Campus, but he later died.
The 46-year-old driver of the Mazda stopped at the scene and was helping police with their investigation.
