She struck gold.

Although Amy Kaplan was sent packing on Week 3 of “The Golden Bachelor” — she quickly went from heartbroken to heartbreaker.

Since the Queens native, 63, appeared on the show, she’s been inundated with messages from men she’s dated as well as total strangers interested in pursuing her.

“My DMs are going crazy. Like anyone who I even had one remote single date with or I had a drink with,” Kaplan told The Post the week.

“And some of them are strangers … I’m a kid in a candy store.”

The spunky blonde beauty said that’s the way she prefers dating — as opposed to competing with 22 other women to win the heart of one man — and explained this to “Golden Bachelor” Mel Owens early on.

“I am used to men chasing me. I am the prize. They come after me,” she said.

“I told him, ‘If you want to get to know me, you come to me.’ And he did. He said he’s trainable.”

However, Kaplan knew there was no spark with Owens, 66, after a late-night rendezvous with him while she cooked bacon for her castmates — in a scene that didn’t make the show.

“He follows me into the kitchen and is like, ‘What are you cooking?’ I said, ‘I’m making turkey bacon,’ and I held it up, the cameramen followed me and I said, ‘Who’s a good doggie?’” she recalled.

“Now, I would have expected him to either have said, ‘ruff ruff’ and gone for the bacon strip or he would have gotten on his hands and knees and panted … but he looked at me and said, ‘What’s wrong with you?’”

Kaplan is mom to Allie and Lexi aka The Kaplan Twins — popular TikTokers with 2 million followers — which is how she was discovered by the popular ABC dating series.

“A casting director reached out to my daughters and said, ‘We need her.’ I’m like, ‘What? A reality dating show … You know what? I’m open to it. Maybe I meet the love of my life on there,’” recalled Kaplan, who raised her children in Short Hills, New Jersey.

At the time, Owens — a former Los Angeles Rams linebacker-turned-sports lawyer — wasn’t yet announced as the “Golden Bachelor” — but as soon as he was, Kaplan’s interest was piqued.

“I never dated a jock before, so I was totally open to it for sure,” she explained.

Before his season aired, Owens wreaked havoc on Bachelor Nation when he went on a podcast and declared his future wife’s age range would be 45 to 60 and bluntly stated, “If they’re 60 or over, I’m cutting them.”

Kaplan wasn’t deterred since she doesn’t feel her age at all.

“In my head I’m 30 years-old still. … I can’t believe I’m in my 60s. I’m at the gym two hours a day. I have 30-year-olds next to me,” she said. “They tell me they’re old. I’m like, ‘Old? Are you kidding me? C’mon!’ And I get them to finish the workout.”

Once she met Owens, she was even less concerned about his comments.

“I thought maybe he spoke before he was even thinking. And he probably did, because there was a scene in the pool where he jumped in with his sneakers and his microphone on.”
