Jennifer Lawrence is still keeping up with some of the Kardashian-Jenner brood after making a playful jab at Kourtney Kardashian.
Lawrence, 35, ran into Kardashian’s youngest sisters, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner, on Tuesday, November 11, after previously calling the Poosh founder “annoying.” The Hunger Games actress posed for a photo with Kendall, 30, and Kylie, 28, while attending a VIP dinner at the Dior flagship store in Beverly Hills.
The trio smiled for the camera as Kylie leaned in toward Lawrence for the photo, while Kendall smiled from ear to ear on the other side of her little sister.
All three women wore head-to-toe black ensembles for the occasion. Lawrence donned a black blouse, scalloped skirt and pointed heel. Kylie opted for a sleeveless, short black dress with a high neckline and black heels. Kendall rocked a chic black dress with satin detailing on the neck and strappy high heels.
Lawrence’s photo op with the Jenner ladies came days after she took part in Vanity Fair’s lie detector test interview alongside Die My Love costar Robert Pattinson. During the funny segment, Lawrence got real about her love of the Kardashian-Jenner family — and her not-so-favorite sibling.
“Is this woman your favorite Kardashian?” Pattinson, 39, asked Lawrence in the Friday, November 7, video interview shared via YouTube while holding up a picture of Khloé Kardashian.
“Yes,” Lawrence answered without any hesitation. The Oscar winner then gave her unfiltered feelings about the eldest sister, saying, “Kourtney is more annoying than ever. She drives me nuts.”
Pattinson was visibly surprised by Lawrence’s bluntness, asking her, “Why?”
“Because everything has to be an announcement,” Lawrence explained of her issue with Kourtney, 46. “It’s like, you know, ‘I’m not going to wear outfits anymore.’ Just wear whatever you want, don’t make an announcement about it. Or like, ‘I don’t have a TV in my room.’ Like, just don’t watch TV. Stop announcing it. Just, shh.”
Lawrence might have become frustrated with how Kourtney operates, but she has remained a loyal follower of her family’s show The Kardashians for years. She even made a cameo via FaceTime during a 2019 episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
In addition to being a fan, the actress is also a good friend of the family’s matriarch Kris Jenner. In fact, Kris, 70, revealed in 2017 that after one-too-many cocktails Lawrence ended up naked in her closet.
“She had some time off and I invited her over for dinner,” Kris told Steve Harvey at the time of the hilarious day with Lawrence. “We started having a few cocktails and we were having so much fun. And so you know, as girls do when they all get together, we ended up in my closet — looking at clothes and some stuff and she started trying some stuff on.”
When Harvey, 68, asked how Lawrence ended up “naked in this damn closet,” Kris said she “just took off her jeans and went for it.” She pointed at their “22 martinis” as the real culprit.
During the same interview, Kris explained that her friendship with Lawrence began after the actress’ pals arranged for her to surprise her on her birthday years prior.
“When I walked out with this cake she was so excited and so excited to see me, and then we had this little texting friendship from then on,” Kris recalled. “It was fun. She’s such a great girl.”
