The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a new sexual assault claim alleging Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs masturbated on a shirt belonging to late rapper Biggie and tossed it at a music producer, according to authorities.

The fresh allegations from an alleged victim in Largo, Florida, will be investigated by the LA County Sheriff’s Department’s Special Victims Bureau, the department confirmed to The Post.

The department received an official copy of the Sept. 20 police report on Friday, police said.

Alleged victim Jonathan Hay told cops that Combs allegedly masturbated into a shirt and tossed it on him and also forced his penis in his mouth in two separate disturbing incidents, according to a Largo police report previously obtained by the Post.

Hay was working on a project with Combs and CJ Wallace — the son of Biggie, aka Biggie Smalls and Notorious B.I.G. — in California in late February 2020, the report said.

The music publicist and producer went with the Wallace, Combs, and others into a warehouse with racks of Biggie’s clothing, the report said.

While there, Wallace wanted to do a photo shoot with his late father’s clothes before donating some to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

But while Hay rifled through Biggie’s clothing, Combs came in and began watching porn on his phone and masturbating under one of Biggie’s shirts while the two were alone, the incident report said.

The “Bad Boys Records” founder asked Hay to come and “finish him off” — a disturbing request that the stunned producer ignored, the report continued.

Combs then ejaculated on one of the shirts and tossed it at Hay while declaring, “Rest in peace BIG,” the report alleged.

Hay remained mum about the alleged situation until telling Wallace about it in December 2020, creating a temporary rift between them.

In March 2021, Hay flew out to California to meet with Wallace and entrepreneur Willie Mack to continue work on the project, the report detailed.

As he reached a house with the two men, he was allegedly “grabbed by two guys that roughed him up and put something over his head,” the document claimed.

Combs then burst into the room and berated Hay, calling him a snitch before allegedly forcing his penis in Hay’s mouth, the report stated.

Hay claimed that he struggled during the encounter, but Combs allegedly persisted and continued to stick his penis in his mouth.

The name of the person who made the sexual battery complaint was redacted in the Largo police report, but Hay identified himself as the victim in a series of since-deleted social media posts, ABC News reported.

“I’m pushing for criminal charges to be filed against Combs at a state and federal level,” he also told outlet ShockYa in October, when he outed himself as the plaintiff in past civil-lawsuit claims alleging Combs forced him to perform oral sex on him.

The shocking allegations are similar to those waged by Hay in a lawsuit he filed against Combs, Wallace, and others in July.

Combs is currently serving 50 months behind bars in FCI Fort Dix – a low-security prison in New Jersey, according to federal Bureau of Prisons officials.

He was convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution in Manhattan in July. The fallen music mogul was found not guilty on the more serious counts of sex trafficking and racketeering.

Laywers and representatives for Combs did not immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment.
