CNN is back with a new streaming plan today.

In mid-October, the Warner Bros. Discovery-owned news network announced the launch of All Access, a new subscription streaming tier in the US that arrives today, Oct. 28. The service costs $7 per month or $70 per year; the annual tier is priced at $42 for a limited time for customers who sign up by Jan. 5, 2026.

The plan is described as a centralized destination for all things CNN, meaning viewers can stream live and on-demand US and international programming as well as the network’s library of original content and exclusive programming. Plus, subscribers can access all CNN.com articles on the website or via the CNN app.

At launch, viewers can stream live news feeds for the US and global coverage, along with a library of CNN originals and films such as Anderson Cooper’s All There Is Live, Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown, Kobe: The Making of a Legend, The Windsors: Inside the Royal Dynasty and United States of Scandal with Jake Tapper. Subscribers can also watch two dedicated FAST channels offering news roundups, deep dives, interviews and movies.

Meanwhile, CNN’s live news stream, CNN Max, is leaving HBO Max next month.

“With this new subscription offering, our audience will now have access to the best of CNN across platforms, including multiple live stream channels, our signature video-led journalism and all articles on CNN.com and in the mobile app,” Alex MacCallum, executive vice president of digital products and services for CNN Worldwide, said in a statement.

CNN’s new plan expands the current Basic subscription tier, which gives subscribers unlimited access to CNN articles, its mobile app and subscriber-only content. All Access’s full programming slate will be released at launch.

In March 2022, the company launched CNN Plus, a subscription-based plan that offered access to live news, the network’s lineup of original series and on-demand programming. It shut down a month later.
