The Baltimore Orioles are acquiring outfielder/designated hitter Eloy Jimenez from the Chicago White Sox, per ESPN’s Jeff Passan.

Jimenez, 27, has mainly played DH over the last few years, but does have experience in the outfield, mainly in left field.

Jimenez has appeared in 65 games for the White Sox this season, slashing .240/.297/.345 with five home runs, 16 runs batted in, and an OPS of .642. It’s the Orioles’ second reported trade of the day as they also acquired Trevor Rogers from the Miami Marlins.
