The Real Housewives of Orange County alum Alexis Bellino recently underwent another breast augmentation after suffering a complication with her previous implants.
“PSA. Teenagers!!!! Jesus Jugs to Mini Jugs,” Bellino, 48, wrote via Instagram on Saturday, November 1, sharing a mirror selfie of her post-op drains. “Think twice before you put implants in your body! I’m so thankful for this doctor that fixed my encapsulation and ruptured left breast.”
Bellino further revealed that she got “450 cc” implants, which was down from her original size of 700 cc. The reality TV alum had initially gotten a boob job when she was 21 years old.
“I was made fun of in high school for being a small B cup. I was called ‘pancake.’ I was so upset by pancake that I bought my first $6,000 boob job with my own money,” she wrote, urging her children not to follow her example. “[I paid for it by] working 3 jobs, racking up a credit card bill at 21 years old, in college at Mizzou. I was a spectacle, but I also felt free!”
According to Bellino, she now regrets going under the knife at such a young age.
“I would’ve waited until after I had kids. I wish I could’ve been stronger back then,” Alexis, who shares three children with ex-husband Jim Bellino. “So, what my NOW self would tell my YOUNGER self is, ‘Alexis, you ARE good enough no matter the words teenagers throw at you. You are strong. You will make it past all of this and you will regret it if you change your body now. Wait. Be patient. Don’t listen to the noise and haters calling you pancake. Just be you.’”
Bellino closed out her social media plea with a call for anyone thinking about getting a breast augmentation themselves.
“Pause, take a breath. You are enough. And you don’t need to change in ANY way for what pressure society is trying to put on you,” she wrote. “God bless you all that follow me. I know I am going REALLY deep tonight but I want to help others trying to change their God given bodies at a way too young age. If I help one child, I’ve done my work on Earth. … I can breathe ♥️🙏.”
Alexis further joked that she is no longer identified with the nickname “Jesus Jugs” but rather “Jesus Barbie,” which is what former RHOC costar Tamra Judge once called her during a fight on the hit Bravo show.
Alexis has undergone four previous breast augmentation surgeries through the years.
“This [one] boob is not happy about anything. Five months later, I had to put bags in,” Alexis said in a social media video shared on Saturday. “I’m just letting you know, don’t get anything done. I’ve told all my daughters, ‘There’s no boob jobs happening. Stay true, keep yourself [and] no plastic surgery or minimal [work]. You don’t need a boob job at 19.’”

“I love this advice!!! A little lift with your own body is OK. I did it,” Real Housewives of New York City alum Jill Zarin replied. “Didn’t hurt and easy recovery!!! Make sure you have a great doctor and speak to at least three patients for references.”
