Sharon Osbourne has listed the sprawling $17 million Los Angeles mansion she shared with her late spouse, Ozzy Osbourne, and their children, nine months after the rock ‘n’ roll legend died in his native England.
The sprawling property, which is listed with Jonah Wilson and Josh Greer of Carolwood Estates, was snapped up by the Hollywood power couple in 2015 for $11.85 million.
The Osbournes first attempted to offload the seven-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom property in 2022, listing it for $18 million, then lowering that price to $17.5 million, before taking it off the market altogether. At the time, it was reported that the couple had chosen to part ways with the home amid their relocation back to the U.K., where the family owns an enormous estate in Buckinghamshire, where Sharon and Ozzy were said to be living when the rocker passed away at 76 from coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s disease in July 2025.
However, their listing agent, Wilson, told the Wall Street Journal that they ultimately decided against selling the home.
Now, however, Sharon, 73, is making another attempt to offload the property, with her agents explaining to the outlet that, while she is continuing to split her time between the U.K. and L.A., she is using an apartment in California whenever she is on the West Coast.
While the property does not have quite the same level of fame as the Osbournes’ former property in Beverly Hills—where they filmed their hit MTV reality series—it has had its own moment in the sun, serving as the backdrop for the couple’s documentary, “Sharon & Ozzy Osbourne: Coming Home.”
The property, which was built in the 1930s, sprawls across 11,565 square feet and hit the market on April 6.
“Situated behind tall gates for maximum privacy, this stunning property has been meticulously restored with attention to detail and craftsmanship rarely found today,” the listing describes.
Before entering the home, guests are greeted with lush greenery and tall trees that surround the dwelling’s white facade.
Once they step inside, they are met with an elegant foyer that features a chic wooden staircase, high ceilings, and a sparkling chandelier.
Listing agent Greer told the Wall Street Journal that Sharon and Ozzy spent several years restoring the property to its 1920s glory, and the movie theater still features many iconic nods to its Hollywood history: the signatures of many stars who have visited the home, including Elvis Presley, Mel Tormé, and Natalie Wood.
“Careful restorations have maintained the historical architecture, while elevating the property to a level of epic glamour with all the modern luxuries of today,” adds the listing.
The living space is the perfect place for guests to lounge. It features a cozy fireplace, an elegant chandelier, and large windows that allow natural light to flood inside.
A second lounging space boasts wooden walls and an aesthetic fireplace.
“Public rooms on the main level include a living room, grand entrance foyer, formal dining room, wood paneled library, and areas perfect for staff or home office,” reveals the listing.
Moving into the kitchen, there are state-of-the-art appliances, white cabinetry, and a spacious breakfast nook.
The listing notes, “An extraordinary chef’s kitchen opens to the family room, breakfast room, and outdoor dining area with pizza oven and barbecue.”
Elsewhere on the first floor, there is a magnificent movie room that is adorned in red velvet and boasts a fireplace and large projector.
“A magnificent screening room situated on the lower level exudes the magic of old Hollywood complete with fireplace and bar,” reads the listing.
Upstairs, there are four en suite bedrooms. The primary suite comes complete with dual baths and a walk-in closet “fit for royalty,” as per the listing.
An elevator connects all levels of the lavish abode.
Outside, guests will find a generous lawn, gardens, and a resort-style pool covered in mosaic tiles.
“Above the garage, a charming self-contained guest apartment completes this very special estate,” adds the listing.
The listing comes just months after Sharon listing another Los Angeles property—a West Hollywood condo that was put on the market for $2.38 million in November.
The swanky high-rise unit, which is also listed with Wilson and Greer, as well as their colleague Rudy Serrato, was purchased for $2.25 million in 2022 via a trust managed by the family’s longtime financial adviser, the same man who has overseen much of the Osbournes’ property portfolio over the years.
Although it’s unclear whom the property was used by, it’s understood that the Osbournes had not resided in the building for some time, having made clear in 2022 their desire to quit Los Angeles and return to their native U.K.

Though Ozzy and his family had spent many years residing in the U.S., the rocker made no secret of his desire to spend the remainder of his life back home in the U.K., revealing in an interview with The Observer several years before his death that he and Sharon were plotting a return to their home country.
At the time, the singer said he had grown frustrated with his life in the “f—ing ridiculous” U.S., while also citing gun violence in the country as another reason for his desire to leave.
“Everything’s f—ing ridiculous [in America]. I’m fed up with people getting killed every day,” he said. “God knows how many people have been shot in school shootings. And there was that mass shooting in Vegas at that concert. … It’s f—ing crazy.”
However, the move was postponed after Ozzy faced several health setbacks that required him to remain in California for longer than he had hoped.
Just weeks before his death, it appeared that the Osbournes had officially bid farewell to America once and for all, with Sharon explaining to Planet Rock that her husband was finally able to relocate to their home in the U.K. in March of this year—noting at the time that he was thrilled to be joining his Black Sabbath “brothers” just in time for their final onstage appearance together.
“He’s coming over in March. His brothers [in Black Sabbath], he’s excited to be here with them,” she shared in February, noting that his move would mark the couple’s permanent relocation.
Less than four months after Ozzy’s return to the U.K., he made a milestone return to the stage, when he and his Black Sabbath bandmates—Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, and Bill Ward—performed together for the first time in 20 years at the Villa Park stadium in Birmingham.
An emotional Ozzy took the opportunity to thank the band’s fans for their support over the years.
“I just want to say to you on behalf of the guys in Black Sabbath and myself, your support over the years has made it all possible for us to live the lifestyle that we do,” he told the crowds toward the end of the show. “Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I love you; we love you.”
Ozzy died just four weeks later.
The news of the Black Sabbath singer’s death was announced via a statement from the Osbourne family, which read, “It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning.
“He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time.”
His cause of death was later revealed in a death certificate filed in London by his daughter, Aimee, which referred to the rocker as a “songwriter, performer, and rock legend,” and noted that his death was a result of cardiac arrest and coronary artery disease.
Ozzy died of “(a) Out of hospital cardiac arrest (b) Acute myocardial infarction (c) Coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s disease with autonomic dysfunction (Joint Causes),” according to the document, which was obtained by The New York Times.
