Ricky Martin is in incredible shape — and he wants the world to know it.
The “She Bangs” hitmaker, 53, took to his Instagram Stories on Tuesday, September 30, to share a glimpse of his naked body. Set to the track “Push” by Connor Price and Nic D, the post showed Martin standing in front of a bathroom mirror as he snapped a photo that extended beneath his hip bones.
Flaunting his sculpted abs, the musician smiled softly at his phone as he let his physicality do all the talking. No caption was included (or required).
The Puerto Rican star is currently single after divorcing artist Jwan Yosef in 2023. The pair were married for six years and share two children, daughter Lucia, 6, and son, Renn, 5. Martin is also father to twin sons, Matteo and Valentino, 17, who were welcomed via a surrogate when Martin was single.
Martin’s reluctance to snap himself fully clothed has resulted in several steamy Instagram posts in recent months. On July 10, the singer shared a carousel of shirtless snaps as he soaked up the sun on a beach. “Suns out, doubts out,” he captioned the photos before throwing the post a like alongside almost half a million others.
More recently, Martin posted a photo carousel on September 8 ahead of the MTV Video Music Awards. In the carousel, shirtless Martin returned as he completed his pre-show prep which involved stitching his pants, being pampered with skincare products and receiving a haircut. (Martin performed a medley of his hits at the annual music awards, in addition to being presented with the first-ever Latin Icon Award.)
If his fans are correct, Martin’s saucy antics even spread to the stage earlier this year. During a Miami concert by Madonna on April 7, Martin was invited onstage to help her perform her hit “Vogue.”
Rather than singing alongside the pop queen, 67, Martin was asked to serve as a judge as her dancers worked their moves down a runway to be scored. He obliged and the subsequent NSFW dancing led social media users to believe he became aroused.
“Wait a minute Ricky Martin is that a ….. 😱,” one fan wrote via X alongside a viral video of the moment. Another user replied to the post, “Omg! What did I just watch, Ricky Martin living his best life and I am totally here for it, yes honey.”
Media outlets including TMZ and Entertainment Weekly also questioned whether Martin became aroused during the performance. The singer never addressed the curiosity, but he did post a video of himself on Madonna’s stage via social media at the time.
Martin has kept in shape over the years by prioritizing his health and wellness, detailing his daily grooming regimen and wellness routines in an interview with Vogue magazine in 2021.
He told the outlet at the time that he committed to daily meditation for about “15, 20 minutes, half an hour,” as well as utilizing a range of skincare treatments spanning “alkaline water, eye pads, an antioxidant moisturizer, and ice cubes,” explaining that ice cubes swept over the skin boosts circulation.
