Kennedy Stidham stole the show before the 2026 AFC Championship game with her stylish outfit in support of her husband, Denver Broncos quarterback Jarrett Stidham.

Jarrett — who served as the Broncos’ backup quarterback for the entire 2025-2026 regular season — became the first quarterback since 1972 to make his season debut in a conference championship game after Broncos starter Bo Nix suffered a season-ending injury in the AFC Divisional round.

“Absolute whirlwind of emotions after the game last night,” Kennedy wrote on her Instagram Story after Nix’s injury. “Ultimately so proud of these boys & what they have accomplished so far. do it for 10!!!!”

Jarrett and Kennedy are college sweethearts, meeting while attending Baylor University, and wed in 2019 just before Jarrett was drafted to the NFL.

Kennedy Played Soccer At Baylor

Kennedy is quite the athlete herself, playing Division I college soccer at Baylor University. While attending school, she met Jarrett and the two have been together since 2015, their freshman year of college.

Jarrett was on the Baylor football team at the time, but in 2017 transferred to Auburn University to finish his college career. The couple stayed together despite their long distance relationship, and were engaged in 2018 before their senior year.

The Couple Was Wed in 2019 After Spending A Year Engaged

Jarrett proposed ahead of their senior year of college, and the two spent a year engaged before tying the knot in 2019 in Houston, Texas.

“The day i said YES to my forever. thank you jesus for the man of my absolute dreams!!!” Kennedy wrote on Instagram at the time of their engagement.

Kennedy celebrated their first anniversary in 2020 with a post on Instagram.

“What a dream & what a gift it is to be married to you,” Kennedy wrote. “You are hardworking, steadfast, humble & gracious (among many other things). I will always choose YOU.”

The Couple Shares Three Kids Together

Jarrett and Kennedy share three children together.

Their oldest, Lennon, was born in 2022. Madden was born in 2024 and Nella came in 2025.

Just three months after giving birth to their youngest child, Kennedy was back on the sidelines supporting her husband.

“what matters most 🤍,” Kennedy wrote in an Instagram post on January 10, along with a video of Lennon running to meet Jarrett after a Broncos game. “AFC west champs, #1 seed, & now playoffs time!!!!”

Kennedy Has Become a Lifestyle Influencer on Social Media and YouTube

Kennedy has built up a social media following as a lifestyle influencer, sharing the ups and downs of motherhood and life as an NFL wife.

Jarrett supports his wife’s online persona and often appears in her videos. He’s also active on social media, calling Kennedy his “rock through the season” in an Instagram post, with a picture of the two together on the sidelines of Mile High Stadium.

Kennedy has upwards of 100,000 followers on Instagram and 20,000 subscribers on YouTube.

Kennedy’s Dad Is Part of the Ownership Group for a Handful of Pro Sports Teams

Kennedy has always been around professional sports. Her dad, Tad Brown, serves as the CEO of Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment, the company that owns the NBA’s Philadelphia 76ers in the NBA and the NHL’s New Jersey Devils.

Previously, Brown spent 15 years as the CEO of the NBA’s Houston Rockets, from 2006 to 2021.
