Proceedings in the trial have resumed inside court four of the Latrobe Valley law courts after a slight delay.

Senior Crown prosecutor Dr Nanette Rogers, SC, is continuing her cross-examination of Erin Patterson.

The accused, back in the witness box for an eighth day, is dressed in a navy and white polka dot blouse.

There are several members of the Patterson and Wilkinson families sitting the public gallery, including the sole lunch survivor Ian Wilkinson.

Rogers has started by taking Patterson to a series of images, including pictures of mushrooms extracted from an SD card found by police at her Leongatha home.

The prosecutor says these pictures were taken in a period of about 12 or 13 days during April and May, 2020.

Asked by Rogers whether she had eaten any of the mushrooms or served them to her children, Patterson said she could not remember “these many years later”.
