Brandi Glanville‘s surprise appearance on Calabasas Confidential came with her oversharing about her son’s sex life.
During the fourth episode of the Netflix show, which premiered on Friday, May 29, Emilie Nelson spent time with her friend Mason Cibrian — and his mother. Their sit-down started with Emilie and Brandi, 53, gossiping about Mason’s personal life.
“I love [his girlfriend]. She’s the best. I want to keep her forever,” Brandi told Emilie about Mason’s girlfriend, Sarah. “I told her to get pregnant. I was like, ‘Just trick him. Then we’ll have a cute little Irish baby, and I can just watch it.’”
Mason, for his part, gushed about his relationship, saying, “She’s the only person I’ve ever been with where I can picture a future.” Emilie was thrilled to see this side of Mason after remembering him as a flirt in high school. In response, Brandi recalled her own experience with Mason when he was a teenager.
“I remember realizing he wasn’t a virgin when I walked by his room and I heard a spanking being given,” Brandi recalled. “I was just like, ‘F*** my life. My son is not a virgin anymore.’ I think he was 15 or 16, and I was crying. I’m like, ‘I am so uncomfortable right now.’ But at least he’s giving a spanking at least. He’s got some moves.”
Brandi shares two sons with Eddie Cibrian, to whom she was married from 2001 to 2010. More recently, Brandi’s focus has been on her health amid a facial disfigurement — potentially from a parasite.
“It’s been a slow process, but I’m finally getting back to my normal routine and feeling like myself again,” Glanville exclusively told Us Weekly in December 2025, noting she has “a fresh start” after moving to a new house. “The new space has really helped me reset and focus on creating a calmer, more positive environment for myself.”
She continued, “I’m enjoying keeping things simple, spending more time at home, and really taking care of myself. … I’m actively filming my YouTube series and working on a variety of new projects, so my focus is really on everything I’m creating today. It’s been exciting to grow and explore new platforms.”
During her cameo on Calabasas Confidential, Brandi shared her new theory on her health issue.
“I haven’t had sex in two years. I was wondering if one of the really gross guys that I was seeing was the reason I got this horrible and weird disease that no one knows what it is,” she said. “I was thinking [it was from] BJs.”
