A former federal prosecutor in Florida is accused of sending a sealed special counsel report on Donald Trump’s handling of classified documents to her personal email, according to an indictment unsealed Wednesday.

Carmen Lineberger, who oversaw the Fort Pierce branch of the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of Florida, faces charges including theft and concealment of government records and has pleaded not guilty.

Prosecutors say she emailed herself the report—prepared by special counsel Jack Smith—after renaming the files “chocolate cake recipe” and “Bundt cake recipe” to obscure its contents.

The report, tied to the Mar-a-Lago documents investigation, has not been released publicly after Judge Aileen Cannon ruled it should remain sealed.
