A former radio host has accused a New Jersey rapper of raping her while was she drunk and barely conscious inside a Coney Island hotel room, according to a shocking lawsuit.
Domonique Hayes, 40, claims Keyon Hart, 45, who goes by Snake IIz, ignored her repeated pleas to stop as he sexually assaulted her on July 4, 2025.
He then tried intimidating her by bragging about having a gun and claiming he was a “pimp,” according to the Sept. 11 complaint filed in Manhattan Supreme Court.
When she confronted Hart — a member of the 90s hip-hop duo M.O.P.’s crew called the “First Family” — a few days later, he apologized but then gaslighted her by saying she was not raped but simply regretted having sex after the fact, the suit alleges.
“I’m sorry . . . the alcohol got the best of me,” he allegedly wrote in since-deleted Instagram messages, the complaint claims.
“I deny all of it to be completely honest,” Hart told The Post. “None of its true, she’s a liar.”
He claimed there are messages between them after the encounter in which Hayes allegedly said: “All I can think about is having sex with you.”
He did not provide those messages to The Post. His lawyer, Rene Myatt, declined to comment.
Hart boasts features with Tupac Shakur and collaborations with Wu-Tang-linked Killah Priest. The underground rapper’s most popular songs include “Sick” featuring Redrum781, “Boom!” featuring Fred the Godson and “Get Em” with Lil’ Fame. He has more than 70,000 followers on Instagram.
Hayes said she has known Hart for years, first connecting with him professionally in 2016 when she interviewed him about his music for her web-based radio show, PrettygirlsXXX on BlogTalkRadio, in Florida.
He and Hayes met again in 2019 after she moved to New York and the pair became friends, according to the lawsuit.
Hart allegedly kept her in his circle by promising song collaborations that never materialized and having her model for his clothing brand, Soldi Sporchi — for which she claims she was never paid.
On the day of the alleged rape, Hayes, Hart and his friends — including the M.O.P. duo’s Lil’ Fame — had been celebrating the Fourth of July and Hart’s birthday on the Coney Island boardwalk.
Eventually, the party fizzled out and Hayes and Hart went to his room at the nearby Best Western Hotel, according to the complaint.
“[She] felt comfortable going back to Mr. Hart’s room to rest because he had previously stayed at her home in Queens,” the filing alleges. During those stays, Hart never tried “anything sexual or inappropriate.”
The woman said she had already spent the day drinking, but had a few more drinks while they hung out at the hotel and watched fireworks at around 1 a.m.
She began feeling “woozy,” and having “trouble keeping her eyes open,” the filing claims.
It was at that point that Hart pulled down her pants and pressed his groin into her backside, according to the complaint. She pulled them back up and allegedly told him, “I’m not doing that with you. Let go of my pants.”
But he allegedly pulled them down a second time a few minutes later, as she was blacking out, the filing claims.
From that point on, she was “in and out of consciousness,” according to the lawsuit. She allegedly recalled him forcibly kissing, performing oral sex and penetrating her.
The accuser — who never reported the alleged attack to police — is demanding unspecified damages, along with compensation for the modeling she did for Hart.
“We stand with our client Ms. Hayes and with all women who have been abused. For far too long, men have used promises of work or success to lure women into vulnerable situations where they can exploit them sexually,” her lawyer Lawrence Pearson told The Post.
