The 17-year-old did not check in for a booked flight that day and has not been seen since.
The property where she was living in Gin Gin, a small township west of Bundaberg, and a grey Hyundai ix35 believed to be the vehicle she was taken to the airport in have been declared crime scenes.
Police seized the hatchback.
Pheobe is about 180 centimetres tall, with a pale complexion, long dyed-red hair and hazel eyes.
She was last seen wearing a green tank top and grey sweatpants, carrying luggage.
Anyone with dashcam and CCTV footage near the airport is urged to contact police.
