Gisele Bündchen delighted fans by unexpectedly appearing in the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.
The model, 46, surprised fans with a pre-taped video appearance that captured her lying on a couch in pink lace lingerie paired with the brand’s signature pink-and-white striped bathrobe. The video was aired at the show just ahead of the Sunday, October 18 live event kicking off inside Los Angeles’ Sony Pictures Studios.
“Are you ready for the show?” Bündchen seductively asked the camera after it panned across her toned physique in the video, which was later shared by Bündchen via her Instagram Stories. The clip concluded with the model flashing a wide grin as she threw her hands up over her head and giggled.
Bündchen, who began walking as an Angel for the brand in 1999 and hung up her “wings” when her contract concluded in 2007, had clearly filmed the clip prior to allegedly injuring herself, as reported by Page Six one day prior to the live event.
The outlet published photos that depicted Bündchen sporting a moon boot and hobbling along a Florida parking lot on Friday, October 16. Despite the apparent injury, the model still maintained a glamorous silhouette with her signature caramel locks styled in waves with a black singlet and blue denim cut-offs.
The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show was filled with other famous faces, including Kylie Jenner who made her Fashion Show debut for the brand in a $50 million bra fitted with 4,410 natural diamonds and a statement 75.54-carat $22 million yellow diamond. The reality TV star was cheered on in the crowd by boyfriend Timothée Chalamet and mom Kris Jenner.
Veteran Angel Miranda Kerr, however, declined to take part in the 2026 production, sharing an explanation via Instagram ahead of the event. “It meant so much to be invited to return this year, especially as it marks 20 years since my first show…. but I ultimately felt in my heart it was right to cherish this chapter as it was. Sending so much love and light to everyone in this year’s show!” she wrote on Saturday, October 17.
Bündchen’s appearance at the show comes amid the release of Lars Anderson’s new book about her ex-husband, Tom Brady. In Brady: An American Story and the Price of Greatness, the author claimed that a friend of the NFL great, 49, had revealed that he was absolutely “stung” when the model became pregnant “roughly two years after their divorce.”
Bündchen, who shares son Benjamin, 16, and daughter Vivian, 13, with Brady, married jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente in December 2025 after the pair welcomed a son in February that year. Bündchen and Brady finalized their divorce on October 28, 2022, after 13 years of marriage.
For Brady’s part, he also shares son Jack, 19, with his ex Bridget Moynahan.
