Primoz Roglic put a large dent in the lead of red jersey wearer Ben O’Connor on Stage 13 of the Vuelta a Espana. A punishing mountain run provided a big test for the pelton, but the three-time champion from Slovenia took almost two minutes out of O’Connor’s time to ignite the GC battle. Michael Woods proved the strongest from the breakaway to claim the stage win.
