The heartwarming moment a woman was surprised with an early four-legged Christmas present has delighted internet viewers, generating over 61 million views on TikTok.
TikTok user @erinwithan.e shared a video capturing the precious moment her husband unveiled the ultimate Christmas gift that she wasn’t expecting. During the clip, Erin can be seen walking outside and looking in the back of the truck, only to hear a faint “meow” coming from inside. Of course, that piqued her attention, and she instantly looked over at her husband with a knowing look.
Waiting for her inside was a red gift bag, reading “from the North Pole” on the front. Erin can be seen carefully pulling the bag toward her and instantly covering her face in shock when she saw for her very own eyes what was within.
The TikTok video shows the special moment Erin lifted the male Persian cat out and finally got to cuddle him.
Internet users can’t get enough of the joyous clip, and it has gone viral with over 61.6 million views and more than 10.6 million likes on TikTok at the time of writing.

The caption layered over the footage says that her husband told her to “come outside because he had an early Christmas present” waiting for her in the car. Judging by Erin’s overjoyed reaction, this present was everything she could have hoped for (and more).
Christmas 2025 will certainly be a special one for Erin by the looks of it. She joked in the TikTok caption that her “husband wins Christmas” after pulling off this surprise.
The cat has only been part of the family for a matter of days, but he has already made quite the impression on Erin. Since the video went viral, she has continued to share more videos of the newest family member on TikTok. She has shared follow-up clips of the kitten learning how to tackle the stairs, stretching out in bed, playing with Christmas wrapping and even climbing his owner’s leg.
He is still yet to be officially named, however, as Erin added that she is taking name recommendations until finally deciding on the right one. Of course, TikTok users have come through with some iconic (and unhinged) suggestions.
Among the responses, people have put forward Crookshanks (from Harry Potter), Gizmo, Lorax, Gunther, Garfield and even Rigatoni.
