A man linked to a Sydney caravan terror plot is being held in solitary confinement after being arrested over a separate incident, his brother says.
Documents obtained by the Herald reveal Scott Marshall, 36, who was named on a counter-terror warrant alongside his partner Tammie Farrugia, 34, is accused of possessing the keys to a stolen Mitsubishi ASX, a Taser, knuckledusters and stolen or cloned number plates.

A Mitsubishi ASX was used in the lead-up to an antisemitic attack in Woollahra last year over which Farrugia has been charged. She is accused of procuring five jerry cans via local Facebook groups, being a passenger in a stolen car and participating in a criminal group with Marshall and another unnamed person.
Marshall and Farrugia have not been charged after the discovery in Dural last month of the caravan containing Powergel explosives and the address of Sydney’s Great Synagogue. A counter-terror warrant named the duo alongside a third man.

Outside Liverpool Local Court on Wednesday, Scott’s brother Stewart Marshall told reporters that his brother is “innocent”, had “nothing to do with” the caravan plot and is not an antisemite.

“He’s just a good person, he doesn’t hate anyone. I don’t know why they’re doing it to him,” he said.
Scott only learnt of the terror plot via media coverage in prison, Marshall said.
