Selma Blair was spotted at 90s Con days after her arrest for alleged assault.

“Yes, Selma Blair will be joining us as planned,” event organizer That’s 4 Entertainment wrote via its Instagram Stories on Friday, October 16.

Later on Friday, Blair, 54, was spotted posing with fans at the Hartford, Connecticut, convention.

“Having the greatest time at 90s Con!” influencer Brad Deiter wrote via his page, sharing a photo with Blair in front of an event step-and-repeat.

Other fans also shared footage meeting Blair, who sat in a chair while greeting attendees.

Blair’s 90s Con appearance had been scheduled prior to her Sunday, October 11, arrest. The Cruel Intentions actress was charged with allegedly assaulting flight attendants on a plane ride.

“She was taken into custody and transported to the hospital for evaluation,” the JFK Port Authority Police Department told Us in a statement. “Two flight attendants also reported injuries, and one was transported to the hospital for further evaluation. The FBI is investigating this incident.”

Blair, whose lawyer claimed the assault was not intentional and that she was confused after missing doses of her multiple sclerosis medication, pleaded not guilty to the charges during a Monday, October 12, hearing. She was released from police custody on bond.

“Selma Blair experienced a medical emergency on the flight,” Blair’s rep told Us in a Friday, October 16, statement, addressing the incident for the first time. “There was no attempt to open the door of the aircraft. Selma did not intend to harm anyone.”

The spokesperson further countered any “outrageous” speculation about Blair’s MS battle.

“Her diagnosis has been public since 2018. What Selma has been able to do physically in the years since is nothing short of a miracle. She still has bad days, and she lives with pain daily,” the statement continued. “Selma also has pseudobulbar affect, a neurological condition secondary to her MS, which bears directly on how a medical episode presents to people who do not know her. For the same reason, she travels with a service dog who doesn’t leave her side, and the authorities took her dog from her.”

Per the spokesperson, Blair has continued working on multiple projects since her diagnosis while also becoming a “visible and relentless advocate for disability rights.”

The statement concluded, “There is much more to this story than has been reported, and we ask to consider the entirety of the facts before rushing to judgment, whether in the courtroom or in the court of public opinion.”

Blair’s next hearing is scheduled for January 19, 2027.
