A man has been killed in a violent home invasion in Sydney’s south-west suburbs on Tuesday morning.
Police were called to the Glen Alpine address about 4am following reports a group of home invaders had fired shots at an occupant, a man believed to be in his 20s, after storming the home. He was declared dead by emergency services shortly after their arrival.
An expansive crime scene has been established outside the home, as detectives sweep through the residence for evidence.
