Emergency crews are responding to a fire at a property in New Farm, with two people being treated by paramedics.
Firefighters removed one person from the unit on Lower Bowen Terrace just before 10am, as smoke could be seen billowing across New Farm.

Seven fire crews remain at the unit, which is fully engulfed in flames.
Paramedics said they were assessing two people at the scene. It was unknown if they had been injured in the blaze, but a Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman said they were in a stable condition.
