The MMA world was left reeling when UFC star Bryce Mitchell commented on Hitler on his podcast “Arkansanity” podcast. Mitchell stated:
Bryce Mitchell: “I honestly think that Hitler was a good guy”
“He fought for his country, he wanted to purify it by kicking the greedy jews out that were destroying his country that were turning them all into gays”

“I honestly think that Hitler was a good guy based upon my own research, not my public education indoctrination. I really do think before Hitler got on meth, he was a guy I’d go fishing with. He fought for his country. He wanted to purify it by kicking the greedy Jews out that were destroying his country and turning them all into gays. They were gaying out the kids. They were queering out the women. They were queering out the dudes.”
UFC President Dana White Condemns Bryce Mitchell Over Hitler Comments
Naturally, his comments led to a quick response from UFC Dana White. White addressed the media following the end of Power Slap.
“Before we get started here. Let’s get some f****** dumb s*** out of the way the way first here. I’m out here having fun doing Power Slap tonight, and I am sure you guys heard what Bryce Mitchell said. If you haven’t, he said some probably, I’ve heard a lot of dumb ignorant s*** in my day, but this one is probably the worst.
Now, Mitchell himself has taken to the internet to offer a response of his own. He addressed the situation, and stated that he is “not a Nazi.”

“I’m sorry I sounded insensitive. I definitely was not trying to offend anybody, but I know I did. I know that a lot of people died in the Holocaust, and that’s a fact. Hitler did a lot of evil things, I think we can agree on that. I’m definitely not a Nazi, and definitely do not condone any of the evil things Hitler did,” Mitchell’s post reads.
Mitchell also captioned the post with, “in the future i will b much more considerate when talkin about the suffering of all peoples.”
Mitchell responded just days after his comments set the internet on fire. Despite saying outright controversial things about Hitler and the Holocaust, White revealed that there would be no disciplinary action taken against Mitchell.
White revealed that Mitchell was exercising his “free speech,” and that “we don’t have to like it.
There is sure to be some fallout from Mitchell saying these things, though they will not come from the UFC.
